• Basic speed optimization
• Broken link corrections & UX improvements
• Before & After audit report

Services are delivered based on the package purchased. We do not guarantee rankings or traffic increases — results vary per website.

2. Payment & Pricing

• All service pricing is listed on mywpbro.com.
• Payment must be completed before work begins.
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

By placing an order, you agree that you are authorized to make payment on behalf of the website/business provided.

3. Service Delivery Timeline

After payment, the following process begins:

1. Website audit & analysis
2. Necessary on-page & speed fixes
3. Final report with improvements & results

Typical turnaround time: 1–4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delays may occur if:

• Access to the site is not provided
• Technical issues arise on the user’s end
• Work scope exceeds original package terms

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform an audit or make fixes, we may require:

• Temporary WordPress admin access
• Hosting or FTP access (only for deep fix cases)

You agree to provide accurate login details when requested. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect credentials.

5. Refunds & Support

Due to the manual nature of our work:

• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case.
• Refunds will not be issued once work has started.
• If an issue cannot be solved, a partial refund may be considered.

Any dissatisfaction should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Website Risk & Liability Disclaimer

We take care when making changes, but:

• We are not liable for hosting failures, server breakdown, plugin conflicts, or malware pre-existing on the site.
• You acknowledge that making changes to a live website carries some level of risk.

Clients are advised to take full backups before granting access.

7. Use of Reports & Deliverables

Audit reports, before-after screenshots, and optimization work are for client use only. Clients may not resell or distribute reports unless granted written permission.

However, we may request permission to display results as a portfolio case study. Client identities will never be shared without approval.

8. Intellectual Property

• All branding, logos, text & design belong to My WP Bro.
• You may not copy or replicate our website or content.
• The WordPress logo is used only for identification and belongs to WordPress.org.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service if:

• Login details pose security concerns.
• Communication becomes abusive or inappropriate.
• Website content is unlawful or harmful.

Orders may be terminated and refunded at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may involve use of third-party plugins, scripts, analytics, or optimization tools.

We are not responsible for their policies, data handling, or future changes/deprecated features.

Clients can request a list of tools used after completion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international online commerce law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration before legal action.
